Peninsula Grand Cozumel is a magical spot like no other and is located on the North Shore of the tropical Island of Cozumel. This is a Private Luxury Residence Condominium which is made up of 60 full ownership Condominiums. Peninsula Grand is not a hotel, instead many of our condos are available for rent through our onsite rental agent Patsy Chilson.
Each Condo at Peninsula Grand is separately owned by wonderful people from all over the world including Mexico, United States, Canada, France, Cuba, and many other countries.
Our development has a great Homeowners Association that is very solvent. The association is comprised of a great group of members with very interesting personalities and all are dedicated to making sure you have the best stay at Peninsula Grand Cozumel.
The Condos, or Homes to some full time residents, are very spacious. Most units are 3 bedroom condos with 4 bathrooms and have 2400 square feet of living space. Many condos also include two patios with full kitchens and laundry facilities , along with lots of other amenities. Cozumel, formed by coral lined limestone rock and sandy soil, is the largest island in Mexico. Additionally, Mexico declared the island a national park in 1996. The surrounding waters are also the Caribbean’s premier spot for divers and snorkelers . The island of Cozumel measures 48 km (30 miles) from north to south but it measures only 16 km (10 miles) from east to west.
